About the author
Uzi was born in Afula in 1938 as Azriel Pizem. He grew up in Haifa until his enlistment to the Nahal Brigade and after his discharge joined the Kibbutz Ein HaNatziv. He worked in the kibbutz in various capacities. He studied at Bar-Ilan University in the Talmudic and Bible studies and teaches religious studies at the regional school.
